    We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Quality with strong expertise in Medical Coding to lead and manage a large QA team across multiple specialties.

     

    Locations: Hyderabad / Mumbai / Aurangabad

     

    Budget: Up to 32 LPA

     

    Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream

    Job Requirements

     

    12+ years of experience in the Medical Coding industry

     

    In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, Coding Guidelines & Techniques

     

    Strong understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, Pharmacology

     

    Proficient in MS Office

     

    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    Lead, supervise & manage a team of 200+ QAs

     

    Design QA capacity planning as per project needs

     

    Ensure quality control as per client SLA

     

    Conduct random audits of auditors

     

    Perform RCA on audit observations & implement corrective actions

     

    Collaborate with quality leads & operations for training & coaching

     

    Foster a positive, high-performance team culture

     

    Drive continuous improvement initiatives
