Job Title: Radiology Coder

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze patient medical records for radiology services to ensure proper code assignment.

Assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes based on documentation and payer requirements.

Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer policies, and audit standards.

Collaborate with QA teams to identify documentation gaps and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Maintain accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) as per organizational standards.

Stay updated with the latest changes in coding rules, CCI edits, and CMS guidelines.

Ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient data in line with HIPAA regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must hold a valid Coding Certification (AAPC / AHIMA CPC, COC, CCS, etc.)

Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in Radiology coding

Must be a Graduate from a recognized institution (Life Science background preferred)

Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum of 15 days notice period

Previous company relieving letter is mandatory

Stability in previous organizations is crucial (frequent job changes not preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
