Job description
Role Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding medical insurance queries.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service.
Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality benchmarks consistently.
Adhere to compliance guidelines, data security, and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (mandatory).
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Willingness to work night shifts and extended hours (OT applicable).
Relieving letter from the previous organization is mandatory.
