We are hiring an Assistant Manager Training & Development for our prestigious project, LuLu Mall Hyderabad !!
Location: Hyderabad Kukatpally
Experience: 4-7 Years
Language Preference: Proficiency in Telugu and English, Malayalam & Hindi will be an added advantage
The Assistant Manager Training & Development is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing training programs that strengthen employee performance and support business objectives. The role focuses on enhancing workforce capabilities through structured learning interventions, ensuring that employees in retail operations are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :-
Design, implement, and monitor training programs tailored to retail operations and business requirements.
Coordinate all aspects of training including scheduling, venue setup, material preparation, and participant communication.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders to identify performance gaps and learning priorities.
Develop and maintain training content, modules, and manuals in alignment with company standards.
Deliver training sessions using a variety of learning methodologies, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job formats.
Support the development and execution of induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback forms, and post-training analysis reports.
Maintain a centralized database of training records, attendance, and evaluations.
Assist in preparing and managing the training budget for the assigned region or business unit.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and foster a continuous learning culture within retail stores.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative learning solutions.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Training Manager or HR leadership.
