Your role

As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Hands on experience in StarLIMS Configuration, Customization and Support

• Understanding of the business processes for StarLIMS applications.

• Experience with user requirements gathering, test management/automation, and support during cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases

• The ability to gather both technical and functional requirements to produce detailed business and technical specifications

• Presenting solutions and the rationale behind decision-making to both technical and non-technical audiences through documentation and presentations.

• Exposure to two or more software development languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, React)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience with other systems such as LabWare, LabVantage, IDBS, SampleManager, Nugenesis, Empower

• Experience in cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Snowflake, MongoDB, Oracle, JBoss)
