Senior Fullstack Engineer

80-90k Salary + Excellent Benefits

Berlin – Hybrid/Remote

Our client, an internationally expanding company with a strong presence in the Medtech sector, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to work on critical, high-impact projects that shape the foundation of a growing platform. Taking ownership of essential infrastructure, identity management, fraud prevention, and CI/CD migrations.

Senior Fullstack Engineer duties:

• Build impactful integrations for the medical community, including browser extensions, conversational LLM tools, and Anki plug-ins

• Lead product features end-to-end—from design and development to deployment and iteration

• Develop intelligent, data-driven products that utilize AI technologies

• Create testable prototypes, scalable MVPs, and low-/no-code solutions to validate ideas quickly

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, product managers, medical editors, and marketers

• Help shape the product roadmap, vision, and long-term strategy

• Share your expertise to strengthen our engineering culture and support team learning

• Participate in occasional workshops at our client’s Berlin office (travel required)

Senior Fullstack Engineer requirements:

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience

• 4+ years of frontend development with React, with strong UI/UX instincts

• 4+ years of backend development experience, ideally using Python

• Experience building data-driven products and working with structured data

• Familiarity with browser extension development (a plus)

• Exposure to LLM-based tools or applications (preferred but not required)

• Proficiency with testing practices, observability, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

• Basic experience with AWS and Kubernetes (nice to have)
