Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for technical architecture, detailed design, and development on the Salesforce platform, both hands-on and as an SME
Responsible for application design and development from inception through production
Define and drive technological architecture and roadmaps using the Salesforce.com products and best practices for development agility, performance and security
Design, configure, code and architect large scale Salesforce.com solutions and deliver required outcomes in complex settings
Work closely with the internal teams to understand current needs, identify the desired process models and solution architecture
Coach and mentor junior developers and other team members. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability and security
Lead, facilitate and provide technical expertise and advice for the integration of the provincial digital solutions
Contribute to architectural project plans, to obtain approval for detailed plans and resource estimates
Assist change initiatives in planning for technical architecture-related activities
Must Have
8+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration & Customization
5+ years of extensive hands-on experience on Lightning Component, APEX, triggers etc.
Knowledge on Lightning Web Component
4+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce Integration. More specifically REST
3+ years of exp on Salesforce Flows, process builder and workflow
Salesforce Developer I certification
