Job Title: Research Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Research Analysts to help source and connect industry experts with our clients. This is a remote, commission-based role that requires consistency and strong communication skills.

Compensation Details

• Base Pay: $100 for achieving at least 1 successful submission per day (expert must be freshly signed up).

• Commission:

• $1 per submission

• $100 per credit earned

Working Hours

• Company operations run from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM UK time.

• All activity must be tracked using TopTracker.

Responsibilities

• Send outreach emails via Zoho to relevant professionals.

• Encourage expert sign-ups through professional networking platforms.

• Review and shortlist expert profiles for client projects.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment (Fresh grads encouraged).

• An active professional networking profile with a good number of connections.

• Availability to dedicate 8 hours per day to this role (not suitable for full-time employees or students).

Work Commitment

• You must dedicate 8 hours per day (timing is flexible, but daily effort is required to meet targets).
