We, the BMW Group, offer you an exciting and varied internship in the areas of planning, control technology and production-related IT.

 

What awaits you?

  • As an intern (f/m/x), you will support us in the electrical and control engineering planning and implementation of automation projects for our production lines in the engine assembly departments at all locations.
  • Your tasks also include the strategic deployment planning of new electrical standards and the further development of our hardware and software standards.
  • The preparation of inquiry documents rounds off your exciting area of ​​responsibility.
  • The tasks are carried out in intensive, cross-site cooperation with the planning and production departments as well as the plant and system suppliers.

 

What do you bring with you?

  • Studies in electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable engineering course.
  • Initial practical experience in programming and commissioning automated production systems based on Siemens TIA Portal, AWL, KOP, FUP, SCL, WinCC flexible and ProfiNET.
  • PC and network knowledge.
  • Knowledge of drive, control and automation technology.
  • Knowledge of control systems (order control, BDE, quality and parts tracking).
  • Fluent German and English skills.
  • Team and communication skills.
  • Independent way of working.
  • Willingness to work at different locations.
