The Innovation Engineer (SUIT) will lead the change management of projects, ensuring that the factory is geared up for deployment changes which include new innovations, material transitions, new technology, and recipe changes with an agreed time plan.

S/he will be applying Focused Improvement, Quality, and EEM pillar methods for a proper change management which considers end to end impact on Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, Productivity, Waste, Customer Service and Logistics.  With earned expertise in processing and/or packing, s/he will also lead project networks, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure products / new technology are launched on time.



Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4- or 2-year course / Vocational or any Technical Course Related to Manufacturing .

• At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing/consumer goods industry.

• Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Gateway Manufacturing (Cavite).
