We are hiring Finance Manager for Lulu Mall Lucknow !!

Experience Range -: 10+ Years in finance and accounts Post CA Qualification

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Lucknow.

10+ years of post-qualification CA experience.

Strong Knowledge of Financial regulations and auditing practices.

Proficient in Financial Software

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Accounting Operations: Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.

Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making.

Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and financial liquidity to support operational needs and investment strategies.

Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization.
