Who are we looking for?

A Salesforce Developer to manage a project for one of our biggest clients in Real estate domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Years of Exp – 6+

Technical Skills

 6+ years of technical expertise on , using Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant and the use of these tools with

 At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components)

 Hands-on experience with customization (Apex Triggers, Classes & Visual Force)

 Strong with configuration, customization, programming with Apex API’s, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards

 Familiarity with best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations are required

 Plans, designs, develops and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementations. Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programming efforts

 Collaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development, testing and deployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platform

 Analyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis, helps in resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure, and helps in application support and maintenance of customer applications

 Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on with 500+ user licenses

 Ability to work independently on assignments

 Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design and architectural patterns

 Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure quality of deliverables from the team

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

 Process Skills

 troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution. Lead evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level.

 Identification and pro-active management of technical risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.

 Build relationships with business and technology partners, internal and external, and contributing to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single project.

 Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.

 Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

 Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

 Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification

 Salesforce Developer 1 certification is must
