  1. Hands on experience of independently handling SEZs with   knowledge of SEZ Laws, Rules, Notifications etc pertaining to both Developer and Unit
  2. Good knowledge of Customs Act as well as rules & regulations thereof
  3. Hands on experience in customs record keeping as well as import/export clearances and skilled with customs claims, declarations, documentation and filings
  4. Good working knowledge of GST laws and returns
  5. Updated about the above areas of activities and good interpretation skills regarding revised laws and regulations
  6. Acquaintance with departmental procedures and handling appeals with statutory authorities, departmental representations and co-ordinating with legal teams
  7. Good communication skills and ability to build relations with various stakeholders including Government authorities
  8. Ability to educate and manage vendors, sub-contractors and CHAs
  9. Understanding of production processes and proven ability to plan and execute processes
  10. Ability to work with and handle teams
